Baby Jogging strollers

Much like the all-terrain baby stroller, these three wheel strollers come with large air filled tires that make it easy to push your child while you run or jog. The larger wheels make it so much easier for the pusher, while the air in the tires helps provide a smoother ride for your baby.

Jogging baby strollers come with front hand brake, and some with a non-swivel, or lockable front wheel making them ideal strollers if you like a morning run. On some brands, the large front wheel is fixed and does not swivel while on others it swivels but can be locked into place.

The fixed front wheel is good for running, but can make maneuvering difficult. Because only having three wheels, the balance can on rare occasions may be unstable when the rear wheels are rolled over a curb, or more importantly, if a child tries to climb into the stroller. Jogging strollers are often large and some are heavy meaning you may need to remove a wheel or two to fit the stroller into your car trunk.

So you don't bump into the strollers frame while running, jogging strollers come with a long, high handlebar. This is designed to give your feet and legs more space, avoiding the frame. Something to note obviously is the use of a wrist strap.

The majority of baby stroller manufacturers suggest a child should be at least 8 weeks or older, however medical specialists recommend a baby should be at least 6 months and able to sit up and have some head support.
